Thor boy it’s been a year
there isn’t a day gone by that I don’t shed a tear

You are on my body and in my heart
and for this we will never be apart

You are the last image I see at night
and the first as I awake to the morning light

You were my rock, companion and therapist
and never did I see you as a embarrassment

You were misunderstood by many
but the ones who really knew you were a plenty

There was a reason you came into my life
it may have been short lived but sure was suffice

You got me through many many tough days
and then you were sent on your way
